Limited Warranty Policy – FEROX Outdoors Co.

Scope of the warranty

FEROX Outdoors Co. offers a limited warranty on its silhouette decoys, covering exclusively:

  • Manufacturing defects detected before any use .

  • The printing surface of the caller ID before any use .

  • Flocking (velvet coating), only in case of detachment without physical damage , for a period of 6 months following the date of purchase.

Warranty period

  • Manufacturing defects : 12 months from the initial date of purchase, proof of purchase required. The product must not have been used during this period.

  • Printing surface and flocking : 6 months from the date of initial purchase.

What the warranty covers

  • Material or cutting defects.

  • Printing or flocking imperfections noted before use or during the covered period, provided that the flocking shows no physical damage caused by mishandling (e.g., beaks, folded tails, excessive rubbing, etc.) .

What the warranty doesn't cover.

  • Normal wear and tear due to use.

  • Damage caused by misuse , improper storage , or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.

  • Discoloration or deterioration due to normal environmental conditions (sun, rain, frost, etc.).

  • Flocking damaged by beaks, scratches, excessive pressure , or any other mechanical damage.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

Claim procedure

  1. Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.

  2. Send the request to: info@feroxoutdoors.com .

  3. After inspection and approval, FEROX Outdoors Co. will, at its discretion, replace , repair , or issue a credit for the defective product.

Limitation of liability

FEROX Outdoors Co.'s liability is limited exclusively to the replacement , repair , or refund of the product, according to the terms and conditions above.
No other warranty, implied or explicit , is offered.
